The Apple iPhone 7 is better than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), having a overall score of 81.6 against 71.8. Apple iPhone 7's construction is somewhat lighter and a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), despite of the fact that it was released just 10 months before. IPhone 7 has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 750 x 1334 and a just a bit better screen pixel density.
IPhone 7 features much more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The iPhone 7 features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy J5 (2017), although it has lesser CPU cores , they both have the same RAM memory amount.
Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) counts with a very superior battery duration than iPhone 7, because it has a 53 percent bigger battery capacity. Apple iPhone 7 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has a back-facing camera with a lower resolution and a tinier aperture which is not nice for low-light photography, it also counts with a much better video quality.
