The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 85.7, which is better than Galaxy J5 (2017)'s global score of 71.8. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an a lot older cellphone than the Galaxy J5 (2017), but it's somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner anyway. Galaxy S6 Edge features a superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has an extra graphics co-processor, a 64-bits CPU and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a lot better looking display than Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater number of pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher 2560 x 1440px resolution. The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) features a bit better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a much lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a less mega pixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and videos in low light situations.
