Even being the best device in our current comparison, the Galaxy S7 Active is an older, heavier and noticeably thicker device than the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017). Galaxy S7 Active counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher 1440 x 2560px resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active counts with a better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has a SD card slot that supports up to 200 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with more internal memory. Samsung Galaxy S7 Active has a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has 4 less CPU cores , it also counts with a greater amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active has improved battery life than Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
