The Xiaomi Mi Max has a general score of 77.5, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017)'s global score of 71.8. Although Xiaomi Mi Max is older and incredibly heavier than the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), it's design is still a little thinner. Xiaomi Mi Max features a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi Max has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has a much better 1080 x 1920 resolution, a bigger screen and a just a bit higher pixel amount in each inch in the display. Xiaomi Mi Max features a much longer battery duration than Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has 4850mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
