Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X is slightly better than Galaxy J5, with a 71.8 score against 66. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has 6.0 Marshmallow version while Galaxy J5 has Android 5.0, so it provides a couple nice extra features. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X's design is newer, but just a little thicker and heavier than the Galaxy J5.
Samsung Galaxy J5 features a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, although it has much lesser pixels per inch of display, a lot worse 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and a quite smaller display. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X features a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy J5, and although they both have an external memory card slot that allows up to 128 GB, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X also has 32 GB internal memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X counts with a greater hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy J5, because it has a higher number of cores (and faster) and 1,5 GB more RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy J5, because it has a 4100mAh battery size. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy J5, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, they both have the same video resolution, a 13 mega pixels camera and the same video frame rate.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X not only is the best devices between the ones we are comparing, but it's also the cheapest.
