The Motorola Edge 20 is much better than Galaxy J6, getting a global score of 86.1 against 73.7. The Motorola Edge 20 design is way newer and somewhat thinner than Galaxy J6's, although it is also just a bit heavier. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 20 has the previous 11 version and Galaxy J6 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
