Comparison review

The Galaxy A8 (2018) has an overall score of 79.2, which is slightly better than Galaxy J6's global score of 73.7. Although it's the best device in this review, we must note that it is also just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. The Galaxy A8 (2018) counts with a much better display than Samsung Galaxy J6, and although they both have a same size display, the Galaxy A8 (2018) also has a greater amount of pixels per screen inch and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels.

Galaxy A8 (2018) has a bit superior CPU than Galaxy J6, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy A8 (2018) also has a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy A8 (2018) has a way bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy J6, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 256 GB, the Galaxy A8 (2018) also has 32 GB more internal storage capacity.

The Galaxy A8 (2018)'s battery duration is very similar to Samsung Galaxy J6's battery performance. Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy J6, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) also has a better resolution back camera and a larger aperture to take better low-light images.
