Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy J6, getting a score of 90.7 against 73.7. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has the previous 14 version and Samsung Galaxy J6 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's design is noticeably lighter and extremely thinner than Samsung Galaxy J6.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a way better looking display than Samsung Galaxy J6, because it has a larger display, a way better pixels number per inch in the screen and a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels. Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J6, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory capacity.
