Galaxy S8 has a global score of 81.7, which is much better than Galaxy J6's 73.7 score. Galaxy S8 is an older and just a little bit heavier device than Galaxy J6, but Samsung managed to build it just a bit thinner anyway. The Galaxy S8 has a way better looking screen than Galaxy J6, because it has a way better 1440 x 2960 resolution, a little larger screen and a much better pixels number per inch of display.
The Galaxy S8 has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J6, and although they both have a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB, the Galaxy S8 also has more internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy S8 features a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy J6, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S8 also has 1 GB more RAM.
Galaxy S8 features just a bit better camera than Galaxy J6, because although it has a worse resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light images and video and a larger sensor providing a higher image quality.
The Samsung Galaxy S8's battery duration is just as good as the battery lifetime in Samsung Galaxy J6.
