The HTC U23 Pro has a score of 77.8, which is slightly better than the Galaxy J7 (2017)'s general score of 73.5. These phones come with Android OS, but the HTC U23 Pro has the older 13 version and Galaxy J7 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie. HTC U23 Pro's design is notably newer, but heavier and thicker than the Galaxy J7 (2017).
