The Huawei nova 3 has a general score of 76.3, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017)'s 73.5 score. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei nova 3 has an older 8.1 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
