LG G3 is a bit better than the Galaxy J7 (2017), having a 76.4 score against 73.5. LG G3 is a much older and thicker device than Galaxy J7 (2017), but LG was able to build it somewhat lighter anyway. Both devices in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the LG G3 has an older 5.0 version while Galaxy J7 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The LG G3 features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017), because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have the same RAM amount, the LG G3 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. LG G3 has a lot better looking screen than Galaxy J7 (2017), and although they both have a same size display, the LG G3 also has more pixels per display inch and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution.
LG G3 features a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy J7 (2017), because although it has a SD memory slot that allows 128 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy J7 (2017) features superior battery performance than LG G3, because it has a 20 percent larger battery size.
LG G3 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy J7 (2017), because although it has a way smaller camera aperture, and they both have a camera in the back with a 13 mega pixels, the LG G3 also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
