LG G7 ThinQ is better than the Galaxy J7 (2017), getting a score of 81 against 73.5. The LG G7 ThinQ body has the same thickness than Galaxy J7 (2017), but it is somewhat lighter. These devices have the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System).
