The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is slightly better than the Galaxy J7 (2017), with a general score of 79.8 against 73.5. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS, but the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has the older 10 version and Galaxy J7 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie.
