Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is way better than the Galaxy J7 (2017)'s 73.5 global score. Although the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is noticeably newer than Galaxy J7 (2017), it's thicker and heavier. These phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version and Galaxy J7 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a sharper display than Galaxy J7 (2017), because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a better display pixel density and a bigger display.
