The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 85.7, which is much better than Galaxy J7 (2017)'s general score of 73.5. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an incredibly older cellphone than the Galaxy J7 (2017), but Samsung managed to build it a bit thinner and noticeably lighter. These devices come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the older 5.0 version and Galaxy J7 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a quite superior performance than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017), and although they both have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also has a graphics processing unit and a 64-bit CPU. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017), because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a higher pixels amount per inch of display.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features a very superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy J7 (2017), because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage. The Galaxy J7 (2017) counts with a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3600mAh battery size.
Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) captures a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a lot worse 1920x1080 video quality and a worse resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light captures and video.
