The Xiaomi 12 is a bit better than Galaxy J7 (2017), having a global score of 78.8 against 73.5. The Xiaomi 12 design is noticeably newer and just a little lighter, but also a bit thicker than the Galaxy J7 (2017). Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi 12 has the older 12 version and Galaxy J7 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie.
