Comparison review
The Google Nexus 6 has a general score of 81.1, which is better than the Galaxy J7 (2018)'s general score of 72.5. Despite being the best phone in this comparison, we must tell that it's also notably older, just a little bit heavier and thicker. Google Nexus 6 has an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a little bigger screen, a lot higher pixel number per display inch and a much better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
The Google Nexus 6 features a little better performance than Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Google Nexus 6 counts with a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photography, and they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Galaxy J7 (2018) has a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Google Nexus 6, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 400 GB. Galaxy J7 (2018) has just a bit better battery lifetime than Google Nexus 6, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018). If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
