Comparison review

OnePlus 8 Pro has an overall score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than Galaxy J7 (2018)'s score of 72.5. Even though the OnePlus 8 Pro is just a little bit heavier than Galaxy J7 (2018), it's just a little thinner and newer. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a much higher display pixels density, a way better resolution of 1440 x 3168px and a larger display.

The OnePlus 8 Pro has a superior CPU than Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has 6 GB more RAM. OnePlus 8 Pro captures greater pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photography and video, it also counts with a much better (4K) video quality, a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution camera.

OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a very superior battery duration than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a 4510mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.

Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy J7 (2018), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy J7 (2018). So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy OnePlus 8 Pro, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy J7 (2018), resigning some specs and features.
