Galaxy C7 is just a bit better than the Galaxy J7 (2018), having a global score of 77.7 against 72.5. Although the Galaxy C7 is incredibly older than Galaxy J7 (2018), it's construction is way thinner and a little lighter. The Galaxy C7 features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy C7 also has more RAM.
Galaxy C7 has a better looking display than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a way higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a little larger screen and a greater pixel density. The Galaxy C7 and Galaxy J7 (2018) both count with similar cameras, because although the Galaxy C7 has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures or videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, it also counts with a camera with a better 16 mega pixels resolution.
