The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has an overall score of 81.6, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018)'s 72.5 global score. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 construction is just a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), even though it was released many years before.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional GPU and a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a much sharper display than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a little bit larger display, a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a lot more pixels per screen inch.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018) features a greater memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018) also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Galaxy J7 (2018) has just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a way smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a lot higher video quality and a more mega pixels back facing camera.

Galaxy Note 4 costs more than the Galaxy J7 (2018), but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
