The Samsung Galaxy Note10 features a brighter display than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a little larger screen, a way better 1080 x 2280 resolution and a better amount of pixels per screen inch. Galaxy Note10 shoots better photos and videos than Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a less megapixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a larger sensor, a bigger camera aperture for better photos in poorly lited environments and a much better (4K) video definition.
