The Galaxy Note4 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), having a 77.6 score against 72.5. Galaxy Note4 is an a lot older phone than the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), but Samsung was able to make it just a bit thinner and a little lighter. Samsung Galaxy Note4 has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note4 also has 1 GB more RAM memory.

Galaxy Note4 counts with a lot better display than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a much better screen density, a little bit bigger display and a way higher 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note4 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a much tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and videos, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor, a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a back facing camera with more MP.

Galaxy J7 (2018) has a bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note4, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy J7 (2018) also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 400 GB. Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018) has a bit better battery life than Galaxy Note4, because it has a 3300mAh battery size instead of 3220mAh.
