The Galaxy J7 (2018) counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 3300mAh battery size. Galaxy Note5 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures and videos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a higher 16 megapixels resolution camera, a way better video quality and a larger camera sensor capturing better quality photos and videos.
