Galaxy Note5 has an overall score of 80.2, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018)'s 72.5 score. The Galaxy Note5 body is just a bit lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Samsung Galaxy Note5 has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 also has more RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a lot better screen than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a bit bigger screen, a much higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and way more pixels per display inch. Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018) features much more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note5, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 400 GB.

The Galaxy J7 (2018) counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 3300mAh battery size. Galaxy Note5 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures and videos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a higher 16 megapixels resolution camera, a way better video quality and a larger camera sensor capturing better quality photos and videos.
