Samsung Galaxy S21 has a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a quite larger screen, a way higher quantity of pixels per inch of display and a lot better 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S21 has a bit more storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy S21 counts with a superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 also has more RAM memory.
