The Xperia 1 III is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), with a overall score of 93.3 against 72.5. Although Xperia 1 III is just a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), it's a little bit thinner and also newer. Xperia 1 III features a much better looking display than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a much higher 1644 x 3840px resolution, a larger display and a lot more pixels per inch in the display.
Xperia 1 III has a more powerful processing unit than Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 1 III also has more RAM memory.
