Comparison review
The Xperia Z5 Premium has an overall score of 79.8, which is much better than the Galaxy J7 (2018)'s 72.5 score. Although Xperia Z5 Premium is notably older than Galaxy J7 (2018), it's design is a bit thinner and a bit lighter. Xperia Z5 Premium has a lot better looking display than Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a lot better resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and a way greater pixel density.
The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has an additional graphics processor and 1 GB more RAM memory. Xperia Z5 Premium has a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light photography and videos, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor shooting much better quality videos and pictures, a camera in the back with way more megapixels and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018) has a quite bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018) also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 400 GB. Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a 3430mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.
Although Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018).
