Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a general score of 76, which is slightly better than the Galaxy J7 (2018)'s general score of 72.5. Xiaomi Mi Note 2's design is thinner and just a little lighter than Galaxy J7 (2018), despite of the fact that it was released about a year before. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has 4 less CPU cores , it also counts with 4 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a better display density, a little bigger screen and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 1920. Galaxy J7 (2018) captures a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a way lower 13 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a lot worse 1920x1080 video resolution and a smaller back camera sensor offering a lower image quality, it also counts with a larger camera aperture.
