Comparison review
The HTC U Ultra has a score of 77, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo's score of 74.6. HTC U Ultra is a a little bit thinner and just a little lighter phone than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo. HTC U Ultra features a brighter screen than Galaxy J7 Duo, because it has a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2560, a little larger screen and a lot better quantity of pixels per inch of display.
The HTC U Ultra features a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo, although it has less cores , they both have a 4 GB RAM.
