Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo has Android 8.0 Oreo. Huawei P30 Pro New Edition's design is just a little heavier and just a little thicker than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo.
Huawei P30 Pro New Edition features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy J7 Duo, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition also has a greater amount of RAM. The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo, because it has a higher number of pixels per inch of screen, a larger screen and a way better 1080 x 2340px resolution.
