The LG G8S ThinQ is much better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo, getting a overall score of 82.5 against 74.6. These devices work with Android operating system, but the LG G8S ThinQ has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo has Android 8.0 Oreo version, so it provides lots of additional features. The LG G8S ThinQ is a a little bit thinner but just a little bit heavier phone than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo.
The LG G8S ThinQ features a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo, because it has a way higher quantity of pixels per display inch, a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels and a bit bigger display.
