LG Q8 has a global score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than Galaxy J7 Duo's 74.6 score. LG Q8's design is lighter and a little bit thinner than the Galaxy J7 Duo. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Q8 has the previous 7.0 Nougat version while Galaxy J7 Duo has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The LG Q8 counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy J7 Duo, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way higher screen pixel density and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
