The Galaxy Note5 has a global score of 80.2, which is slightly better than Galaxy J7 Duo's score of 74.6. The Galaxy Note5 design is a little lighter and a bit thinner than Galaxy J7 Duo. The Galaxy Note5 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy J7 Duo, because it has way more pixels per display inch, a lot higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a little bigger display.

Samsung Galaxy Note5's battery life is very similar to the battery performance in Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo. The Galaxy Note5 takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy J7 Duo, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy Note5 also has a camera in the back with more mega-pixels, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality videos and pictures.
