Although it's the best in our current comparison, Galaxy S22 Ultra's body is way heavier and just a little bit thicker than Galaxy J7 Duo. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S22 Ultra has older 13 version and Galaxy J7 Duo has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
