The Samsung Galaxy S8 is just a bit better than the Galaxy J7 Duo, with an 81.7 score against 74.6. Samsung Galaxy S8's construction is just a bit thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy J7 Duo. Galaxy S8 has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy J7 Duo. Both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 processing cores.

Galaxy S8 counts with a much better display than Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo, because it has a way greater display density, a little bigger display and a way better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution. Galaxy S8 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy J7 Duo, because although it has a lesser megapixels resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality pictures, a way higher (4K) video resolution and a larger camera aperture to take better photography and videos in poorly lited environments.

The Galaxy S8 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo, and although they both have an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB, the Galaxy S8 also has more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy S8's battery life is just as good as the Galaxy J7 Duo one.
