Xperia Z3 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo, with a 77.3 score against 74.6. Xperia Z3 is a a little bit lighter but just a little thicker phone than Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia Z3 has the older 4.4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The Sony Xperia Z3 counts with a bit superior processor than Galaxy J7 Duo, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Sony Xperia Z3 counts with a much more vibrant display than Galaxy J7 Duo, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixels number per screen inch and a way better 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo has a slightly bigger storage to install games and applications than Xperia Z3, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 256 GB.
