Asus ROG Phone 8 has a global score of 79.5, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's general score of 76.1. Asus ROG Phone 8's construction is extremely newer than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's, although it is incredibly heavier and a bit thicker. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Asus ROG Phone 8 has the older 14 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Galaxy J7 Max features a much powerful CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much better display than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a bit better screen density, a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a larger display.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 takes greater videos and photos than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a back facing camera with a lot higher 50 mega pixels resolution and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.
