Asus ZenFone 7 is much better than Galaxy J7 Max, having a global score of 83.9 against 76.1. Both devices in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ZenFone 7 has 11 version while Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat version. The Asus ZenFone 7 design is incredibly newer than Galaxy J7 Max's, but it is extremely heavier and somewhat thicker.
Asus ZenFone 7 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a larger display, a little better pixel density and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Asus ZenFone 7 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ZenFone 7 also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Asus ZenFone 7 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for shooting photos or video in low-light environments, it also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better 64 mega pixels resolution and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.
The Asus ZenFone 7 counts with a superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because it has 96 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Asus ZenFone 7 has a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
