Comparison review
HTC U Ultra has a score of 77, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's 76.1 global score. Even though HTC U Ultra and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max were released with only 4 months difference, HTC U Ultra is a little thinner and just a bit lighter. The HTC U Ultra has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a display of the same size, the HTC U Ultra also has more pixels per inch in the display and a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.
The HTC U Ultra has a very superior storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy J7 Max counts with just a little better processing power than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max also has a greater number of cores (and faster).
HTC U Ultra takes a little bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for capturing photos or video in low light situations and a back-facing camera with lesser mega pixels, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
