The Galaxy C7 Pro is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, with a global score of 78.4 against 76.1. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy C7 Pro has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat. Although Galaxy C7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max were released only a couple months apart, Galaxy C7 Pro is a little lighter and thinner.
Galaxy J7 Max features a little better performance than Galaxy C7 Pro. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM memory and 8 CPU cores. Galaxy C7 Pro and Galaxy J7 Max count with quite similar displays, they have a display of the same size, exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution and a better pixel quantity per inch in the display.
Galaxy C7 Pro has a much better memory for games and applications than Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB, the Galaxy C7 Pro also has 64 GB internal storage. The Galaxy C7 Pro shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light images and video, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy C7 Pro also counts with a back-facing camera with a higher resolution.
The Galaxy C7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max count with extremely similar batteries performance.
