Samsung Galaxy M30 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, having an 82.4 score against 76.1. Even though the Samsung Galaxy M30 is just a bit thicker than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, it's just a little lighter and newer. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy M30 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat.
Galaxy J7 Max features a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy M30, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Galaxy J7 Max and the Galaxy M30 both have quite similar displays, although the Galaxy M30 also has a little bit larger display, a slightly better 1080 x 2280px resolution and a little bit higher pixels density.
Galaxy M30 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and a 13 mega pixels back-facing camera.
The Galaxy M30 counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy M30 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
