Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a general score of 81.6, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's 76.1 global score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is noticeably older and just a little thicker than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, it's body is still just a bit lighter. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has an older 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat.

The Galaxy Note 4 has a sharper screen than Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Galaxy Note 4 also has a greater number of pixels per inch in the display and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Galaxy J7 Max features a slightly bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory, the Galaxy J7 Max also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
