The Galaxy Z Flip has a score of 88.5, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's 76.1 general score. Both devices in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Z Flip has an older 12 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat. Galaxy Z Flip's body is newer and somewhat thinner, but also a bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max.
The Galaxy Z Flip has a bit more vivid display than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2636, a larger display and a just a little greater pixels amount per screen inch. Galaxy Z Flip features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Z Flip also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Z Flip counts with a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Z Flip takes much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low light images and videos and a lesser mega-pixels camera in the back, it also counts with a way higher (4K) video definition.
Galaxy Z Flip features a battery lifetime that's very similar to the Galaxy J7 Max one.
