Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2, with a overall score of 79.5 against 75.3. Despite being the best cellphone in our current comparison, Asus ROG Phone 8 is a somewhat thicker and notably heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has 14 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a lot better looking screen than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a little bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution and a larger display. Asus ROG Phone 8 has much more storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory.
The Galaxy J7 Prime 2 features a very superior hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a superior battery performance than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, because it has a 67 percent more battery size.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a greater camera than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also has a way higher 7680x4320 video quality, a back facing camera with way more megapixels and a lot larger camera sensor taking way better quality videos and photos.
