The Galaxy Fold is much better than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, having a score of 97.6 against 75.3. These phones have the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system. Galaxy Fold's body is a lot heavier but somewhat thinner than Galaxy J7 Prime 2.
