Galaxy J7 Max is just a bit better than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, having a overall score of 76.1 against 75.3. The Galaxy J7 Max design is a bit thicker and just a bit heavier than the Galaxy J7 Prime 2. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy J7 Max has an older 7.0 Nougat version and Galaxy J7 Prime 2 has Android 9.0 Pie.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max also has more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, because although it has a bit worse screen pixels density, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
