Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is slightly better than the Galaxy J7 Prime 2, with a 79.3 score against 75.3. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 body is a bit thinner but just a bit heavier than the Galaxy J7 Prime 2. Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has older 5.1 version and Galaxy J7 Prime 2 has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Galaxy J7 Prime 2 has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (although they are slower). The Galaxy Note 5 counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2, because it has a quite larger screen, more pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also has a way higher video quality, a bigger sensor and a more MP camera in the back. The Galaxy J7 Prime 2 counts with a better storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 features just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 10 percent larger battery size.
