Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is better than the Galaxy J7 Refine, with an 81.2 score against 72.7. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate's body is a lot newer than the Galaxy J7 Refine's, but it is much heavier and thicker. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has an older 13 version and Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
