The Google Pixel 3 has an overall score of 80, which is better than the Galaxy J7 Refine's 72.7 global score. The Google Pixel 3 design is lighter and a little thinner than Galaxy J7 Refine, even though both of them were released only 4 months apart. Google Pixel 3 counts with a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Google Pixel 3 also has a lot higher display density and a way better 1080 x 2160 resolution.
