Comparison review
The HTC U Ultra is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, with a 77 score against 72.7. The HTC U Ultra is an older phone than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, but it is a bit lighter and a bit thinner anyway.
